How do I create an account?
Simply click on “My Account” at the top of our website and follow the prompts to register. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Where do you ship?
We offer global delivery (with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas) because great design should know no borders! Whether you’re in New York or London, we’ll get your pieces to you.
What are my shipping options?
Choose between:
Express Chic Delivery: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch) for $12.95
Free Spirited Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch) – free on orders over $50

All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your bold decor pieces are on their way to your doorstep with panache!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our Express Chic Delivery is currently our fastest option. For true design emergencies, contact us – we’ll see what magic we can work!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 15 days from delivery to initiate a return if any piece doesn’t spark the joy we promise. Even the boldest design choices sometimes need reconsideration!
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and which items you’re returning. We’ll provide return instructions and address.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
