Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Just as we carefully hand-pack each of our design pieces, we ask that you return items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
Designer’s Note: Certain handcrafted items from our All Pottery and All Art collections are final sale due to their artisanal nature. Custom lighting fixtures from our All Lighting section and made-to-order furniture pieces are also excluded from returns.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired replacement item. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item, subject to availability.
Refund Details
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If your design piece arrives damaged—whether it’s one of our vibrant accent pillows or a sleek lighting fixture—please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items
The following handcrafted items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All pottery and ceramic pieces from our All Pottery collection
- Original artwork from our All Art section
- Custom lighting fixtures (including Bacharach collection)
- Made-to-order furniture
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
